JAX LONDON 2024 – HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT 9 TYPES OF OUTOFMEMORYERROR

Every year in October, JAX London is the go-to event for Java and Software Architecture enthusiasts! It is a four-day conference for cutting-edge software engineers and enterprise-level professionals.

This year, at JAX London’s 2024 conference, our architect Ram Lakshmanan was invited to talk on the topic: “How to Troubleshoot 9 Types of OutOfMemoryError”.

Even though at surface level ‘java.lang.OutOfMemoryError’ appears as one single error; underlyingly there are 9 types of OutOfMemoryError. Each type of OutOfMemoryError has different causes, diagnosis approaches and solutions. This session equips you with the knowledge, tools, and techniques needed to troubleshoot and conquer OutOfMemoryError in all its forms, ensuring smoother, more efficient Java applications.
